By accessing or using the Aircraft Broker Program (“ABP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website at www.aircraftbrokerprogram.com or enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
ABP is an online educational program that provides professional certification training for individuals seeking to become private jet charter brokers. We offer structured courses, learning materials, templates, and career support tools.
ABP is not an aviation operator, aircraft charter service, air carrier, or travel agency. We do not arrange, sell, or broker flights. Our services are exclusively educational in nature.
You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in any ABP course. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the digital course materials for the tier you have purchased. Access to purchased course content is granted on a lifetime basis for as long as the platform remains operational. ABP reserves the right to update, modify, or restructure course content at any time to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Course access is personal and non-transferable. Each enrollment is licensed to a single individual and may not be shared with or transferred to any other person.
ABP offers three certification tiers:
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change. Current pricing is always displayed on our website at the time of enrollment.
Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, or through our financing partners Klarna and Afterpay, which offer installment payment plans subject to their own terms and conditions. Course purchases are processed through the Kajabi platform.
We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrollment, or until you begin Module 2 of your course, whichever comes first. To request a refund, contact us at info@aircraftbrokerprogram.com.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Once Module 2 has been accessed or the 15-day period has elapsed, no refunds will be issued.
As an enrolled student, you agree to:
All course content, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, audio, templates, branding materials, assessments, software, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Aircraft Broker Program and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
All ABP course content is 100% human-designed and human-created. No part of the course materials may be reproduced, modified, or used for any purpose beyond personal learning without prior written consent from ABP.
Certain ABP tiers include access to a Career Launch Suite, which may include a professional website template, branding kit, contract templates, and other business tools. These materials are provided “as-is” for your use as an independent broker.
ABP does not act as your employer, business partner, or agent. You are solely responsible for operating your brokerage business in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. ABP is not liable for any business decisions, contracts, or outcomes resulting from the use of Career Launch Suite materials.
ABP is an educational program. We do not guarantee any specific income, employment, or business results. Success in the private jet brokerage industry depends on individual effort, market conditions, and numerous other factors outside our control.
Testimonials and case studies presented on our website represent individual experiences and are not indicative of typical results. Your results may vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABP, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, course materials, or Career Launch Suite tools.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your course enrollment.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described therein.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
ABP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify enrolled students of material changes via email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
